Transport, Inc. has an excellent safety record. Our average accident ratio for the last eight years is .320. We believe that a well informed and well trained driver is the key to our safety record. We have an extensive driver orientation program for our new drivers. We meet formally with our drivers at least twice a year to discuss safety issues. We also sponsor a safety awards program for our drivers and mechanics. We believe that recognition for a job well done is an important part of creating the proper attitude toward safety.
